Gerrie de Jonge works for PostNL since 2004 in various Senior IT Management roles. He led the shared services department, was responsible for the implementation of the innovative virtual desktop concept and initiated and led the execution of PostNL’s full cloud strategy. Since 2014 he oversees the IT for the Parcels division of PostNL. In addition he is responsible for Cyber Security and Privacy for the whole of PostNL. In this role he was co-author of the advice report “Keeping dry feet in the digital era”, that was presented to the Dutch Prime Minister, Mr Mark Rutte last October.

Before PostNL, Gerrie worked for Descartes Systems Group as Vice President Supply Chain Visibility in Canada and the Netherlands,  and Senior Business Consultant with CMG (now CGI). Gerrie holds Master degrees in Mathematics and Logistics Management.

Gerard Doll goal is to narrow the gap between innovation and regulation regarding autonomous vehicles. He puts his specialization in Logic of Expert Systems, Artificial Intelligence and IT to use at the Netherlands Vehicle Authority, RDW. Currently as Director Vehicle Regulation & Admission after 12 years being the Director IT. He began working at RDW after a career as Project Manager and Business Unit Manager at, among other, Oracle and CMG (now CGI). He has a passion for Dutch language and literature which he also studied in Groningen. This charming city is still his place of residence.

Kalman holds a Civil engineer polytechnic degree from Military Technical Academy of Bucharest and a Master of Mathematics and Computer Science degree from University of Bucharest. Auke Jilderda joined Talend in early 2016 as Account Executive for The Netherlands.  In this role, Auke develops the business in the territory, helping clients evolve their IT landscape to operate based on real-time insights about their customers, markets, and business.  He previously worked at CollabNet, Philips Healthcare, and Philips Research on introducing the latest software engineering practices, such as Open Source and Inner Source, Agile and Scrum, and DevOps.

Arnoud is a seasoned IT leader who has worked in in a wide variety of IT roles since the late 90's, both in consultancy (CMG) as well as for large end user organizations like Philips. In more recent years, his focus has been on change and program management  with a  specialization in  Digital and Agile transformations.
In May of 2016, Arnoud joined the world's leading cargo securing company Cordstrap as Global IT Director. In Cordstrap, Arnoud is globally responsible for all IT and tasked to transform IT and the Cordstrap business to become a data and information driven company. One of the first milestones in this journey was the successful launch of a Sales Enablement program early 2017.

After a short spell in the European space industry, Adri worked for six years as a senior management consultant, advising larger corporations on their organisational & managerial development.

In 2002 Adri joined IKEA and held a number of executive positions in the UK and Sweden. A.o., he built & run the end-to-end online business for IKEA Ltd. and developed the global omni-channel retailing concept. At the head-office he was responsible for the strategy & innovation of the global lighting category.

Adri returned back to the Netherlands in 2012 as an independent consultant and supported SME’s in developing their growth strategies. He also actively participated in an ambitious Smart Home/IoT start-up, leading strategic marketing, ecommerce and product innovation.

In his recent role as group director eBusiness for Mediq, Adri leads the digital transformation & innovation for this global healthcare company. A main focus is on innovating (connected) eHealth solutions and launching associated new home-based healthcare propositions into the EU & USA markets.

Adri holds an Msc in Aerospace engineering from Delft University and an executive MBA from Henley Management College, UK from which he graduated on cross-channel strategies & consumer loyalty.

Marten van der Velde



Marten studied Information Science at Groningen University. During this study, he had his internship at the Dutch Ministry of Transport, in which he advised on information-exchange in the inland navigation. This was the start of a career in logistics and IT. After this internship, Marten started working at Port Infolink in 2003, in the Product Development department. At first as project support, later on as project manager. In this role he was responsible for several projects leading to different services for a.o. barge operators, port authorities, terminals and forwarders. Besides this, he was involved in business development and responsible for the European R&D projects in which the organisation was involved.

In 2009 Port Infolink merged with Portnet into Portbase. Marten stayed onboard as Strategy & Business Consultant. In 2014 Marten became the Director Strategy & Innovation, in which he is part of the management team and responsible for the strategy of the organisation, its portfolio and the R&D and innovation function.

Geke Rosier is entrepreneur and co-founded her first consulting company in 2004, specializing in the area of business IT alignment. She believes in diversity as big driver for digital transformation and growth. The need for more women in digital technology is strategically urgent for organisations due to the growing gap of digital talent. To positively contribute to this, Geke started RightBrains in 2014, building a network of women with digital ambitions. RightBrains’ mission is to grow the number of women in this field through inspiration and education. The RightBrains platform and RightBrains Career Guide (launch October 31, 2017) support this mission. To grow the number of digital leaders, RightBrains started a one-year Digital Leadership Programme in 2015, targeted towards talented women in management positions. Geke is also co-author and initiator of the book ‘Ronde vormen in IT’ (2011) and the magazine ‘I LOF IT’ (2015). She has over 25 years of experience in the area of IT marketing, from strategy to implementation, from start-up to corporate and from business-to-business to consumer. In 1995 she started her first job in the technology field with Microsoft. After that she worked as a marketing strategy consultant for technology start-ups. Geke has a BBA from Nyenrode Business University and MBA from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management.
