IT & Digital Leaders Dialogue

Crowne Plaza, Marlow, United Kingdom

24 April 2017 - 25 April 2017

Successful transformation: aligning technology to the strategic drivers of the organisation

Digitalisation will be on CIO’s agenda for a few years as businesses transition to a more “agile” way of delivering products and services to stay in touch with continuous technological disruption and fast evolving customer expectations/behaviors.

The immediate strategic result of the digital transformation is that businesses increasingly regard the IT function as being part of the value chain as opposed to the traditional supporting function it used to be. There is a clear need for CIO’s to work towards more IT/business alignment driving CIO’s to “run the business”, instead of just running IT.

IT is now expected to create « business value » and more business will include customers as a full part of their strategic agenda.

In the formats of interactive roundtables, keynotes, workshops and solution partner meetings – The CIO Dialogue provides high levels of group discussion with the objective of achieving practical outcomes.

  Key topics include:

  • the evolution of the IT function as a business accelerator and the implications of IT/business alignment
  • change management and the broader digital transformation roadmap
  • bridging the skills gap
  • Leveraging digital platform for better customer experience/engagement
  • cloud adoption
  • big data, analytics and actionable insight
  • agile methodologies and the value of bimodal IT management
  • mobile and the Internet of Things

Why do CIOs choose to attend this Dialogue?

  • PREQUALIFIED AUDIENCE – Meet IT leaders from enterprise organisations and the number is capped at 70 for enhanced interaction
  • NEW DATA, STRATEGY & PERSPECTIVES –  Capture the tips, data, presentations and strategy ideas
  • MAXIMISED INTERACTION – Meet and connect with new contacts from your peer-group in highly interactive formats
  • SOLUTIONS MATCHED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS – Be introduced to solution partners who understand your requirements
  • NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES – Attend a fully sponsored drinks reception and fabulous networking dinner
  • LEISURE – Stay the night at our exclusive venue and enjoy the facilities
